- Disclosure Requirement: Borrowers must disclose their financial status to confirm their ability to repay. The full loan amount will be credited after all con epay the principal and interest within the period specified
in the agreement. In case of late repayment, the lender is entitled to recover the loan and collect a 5%
penalty on the total amount due.
- Company Compliance: Serious violation with the contract terms is considered a serious fraud and may
lead to legal action.
- Borrowers’ Rights: Borrowers have the right to take legal action if the loan is not released on time after
fulfilling all requirements.
